Rang is a rewards platform helping schools improve student outcomes (starting with attendance) while giving educators real-time data to measure what’s working. We’re growing fast and looking for a former teacher (or school leader) who’s exceptional with people and excellent with data to lead implementations and ensure partner schools thrive.
What you'll do
- Own school launches end-to-end (kickoff → training → go-live → ongoing support)
- Build trusted relationships with principals, deans, counselors, and teachers
- Deliver high-touch support and proactive success plans
- Turn program data into clear insights: adoption, attendance improvement, engagement trends
- Lead recurring check-ins and recommend actions to maximize impact
- Capture learnings and build scalable playbooks + feedback loops to product

- Strong with data (Metabase/Tableau; Sheets/Excel; dashboards/cohorts/trends; clear storytelling with numbers)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving and early stage startup
- Mission-driven and excited to do meaningful work for kids and educators
- 4+ years experience in teaching/schools, customer success, implementation, or edtech
- Bonus if you can speak both English and Spanish!
